Decided to do an arm progress shot… Because I’m so proud. I’ve lost about 2 inches off these suckers in 2 months.
Ladies and gentlemen, weightlifting and planks* are the way to go if your arms bother you.
*Note: Fantastic arm bodyweight arm exercise, but it hurts like a biatch.
